Empire Today Reviews
Empire Today has been in the business of flooring and window treatments for over 50 years. They sell carpet, laminate, hardwood, vinyl and tile flooring, and blinds and shades.
REVIEW
Empire Today is a leader in the flooring industry, and almost everyone has seen their commercials. The company sells their products with free in-home consultations that allow consumers to view samples in their home, so they can get a look at how colors and styles will work with their unique lighting and décor.
The flooring company also sells hardwoods in bamboo, cherry, exotic wood, hickory, maple and oak. They also carry a more affordable wood laminate.
Buyers have three choices when it comes to vinyl. Sheet Vinyl is the standard option. Luxury Vinyl looks and feels like hardwood, stone or tile. The Luxury Vinyl also comes in tile shape for a more realistic finished look.
Tiles come in various colors, and consumers can choose from porcelain or ceramic.
People who want to finish their design with window treatments can choose from real and faux wood blinds, honeycomb shades, woven and fabric shades, vertical blinds, shutters, and mini-blinds.
Shopping at Empire Today is made more affordable by their regular sales that usually offer a large percentage-off their retail prices. Pricing includes installation and removal of the old flooring, so there are no extra fees. Empire Today also offers qualified consumers special financing, like no interest for a selected time period or more time to pay with a low interest rate.
Like many businesses that cater to most of the nation, people have varying experiences depending upon the location that services their area. Some people praise the sales people as knowledgeable, and the installers as being hardworking, talented and left their home in pristine condition. The problem seems to come when a consumer is unhappy with the quality of their purchase or if it has been installed incorrectly. They state they received the runaround when it came time for an Empire Today inspector to make the call on why the product was defective, that it was hard to get anyone on the phone to help them, and they were often left with bubbling floors, unfinished living areas, or noisy creaks. Another complaint is that installers didn’t clean up after themselves.

CONCLUSION
Gamblers might like the odds of making a purchase from Empire Today. Most customers are happy with their experience, but the ones who have bad experiences speak of terrible tales that would frustrate even the most patient people. This gamble may be worth it, as Empire Today is known for the relatively low prices in comparison with other flooring retailers. Also, their financing offers might provide more opportunities to cash strapped buyers.

I did NOT have a good experience with Empire. They start with VERY HIGH prices for carpeting then drop to lower prices if you say no. They also dont do their own installation. My friend bought flooring for their kitchen and had to have the installers come back FIVE times to get the floor installed right.
Empire Today is the best carpeting, I have used empire today’s discount codes to save money on my orders
