The past few years, GetResponse has made a concentrated effort to expand its reach in the United States.  GetResponse active users currently exceed 350,000 in 180+ countries, ranging from small start-ups to well-known companies such as Marriott, Hilton and GlaxoSmithKline.

REVIEW

In 2015, the company unveiled what some would consider the best and most highly intuitive platform.  To remain on the cutting edge, the website features many of the best elements offered in the industry along with high deliverability.

One of the most welcome features is a calendar to schedule auto responder email sequences. Drag and drop features and simple navigation make the new GetResponse.com one of the easiest to use on the market today. GetResponse features good third-party contact integration, solid support, and a variety of advanced features all of which you can try for free for 30 days.

I used GetResponse back 10 years ago and left because the customer support was pretty much nonexistent. Wow was I impressed when I moved back to them last year. The new site is awesome (lots of new features that their competitors don’t have) and great support. I was able to pick up the phone multiple times and reach knowledgeable support in seconds. Give them a try if you haven’t in the last couple of years.

+ PROS: Powerful Features Easy to use
    - CONS: Bit of a learning curve

We just set up a client using getresponse for auto responder and email blast to their list. They have got it down to a science. I have used other services but wow… had no idea getrepsonse was so good. Wish I had known more about them years ago.

    + PROS: Very user friendly.
