You’ll be paired up with a customer service representative who will be responsible for helping you create your campaigns. You have 30 days to get through the tutorials, and then you are plunged into what many users call the most confusing user interface they have ever tried to work with.
This is also not a service for a casual campaign that needs to be cost effective. Because Infusionsoft provides you with so much direction and marketing help, the pricing structure is steep.
