Trustmark is a totally web-based company, with no need to call customer service or pay additional fees for administrative help. There is no sales pressure from a customer service representative; instead, consumers can browse the website, apply online, and go through the entire contract, payment, and claims process right there.
In addition to offering all of these benefits, Trustmark contracts come with roadside assistance that includes towing and other services. Flat tires, car rentals, emergency gas delivery, jump starts, and lockout services are all included in these contracts.
Each contract covers 12 months/12,000 miles, 24 months/24,000 miles, or 36 months/36,000 miles. The monthly payments are low and affordable, and there are no waiting periods for coverage to begin. Any licensed repair facility will be reimbursed in 24 hours for approved repairs.
Trustmark also offers options to refinance your vehicle, or finance a new one; they even offer a 0% with only $100 down payment for clients that are approved.
