Paleo Leap Reviews
Paleo Leap, formerly Paleo Diet Lifestyle, came out with its own cookbook Paleo Recipe Book in 2015. Written by the creator of Paleo Leap, Sébastien Noël, the book is divided into 18 categories (fish, chicken, red meats, stir fries, snacks, stews, etc) containing 372 recipes, 108 of which are autoimmune-friendly. The book is only available as a PDF for PC, Mac, IPad, IPhone, Android, and Kindle, and comes with five bonus features:
• An 8-week meal plan
• 15 extra paleo dessert recipes
• 30 easy-make quick recipes
• Information about using herbs and spices
• 4 cheat sheets: troubleshooting paleo, coconut milk, paleo flours & thickeners, and portions sizes
They claim the package is worth $39 but are selling it for $25.
Characteristic of the paleo diet, the recipes are all grain, legume, sugar, and dairy free. Some recipes include chicken and zucchini hot salad, Asian beef heart stir-fry, and lemon and pepper barbecued chicken fingers.
If you aren’t satisfied with the recipes,Paleo Leap promises a 60-day full money back guarantee, no questions asked.
REVIEW
Most people like the quantity and quality of the recipes included in the book. They are comprehensive and include a lot of helpful nutritional information about prep and cook time, serving sizes, amount of carbs, fat, and protein, as well as tips between recipes and chapters to help you on your way to healthy living and a better understanding of the paleo diet.
Some people have criticized the inclusion of some unhealthy foods in the dessert section, but considering most people want a sweet treat every now and then, eating desserts occasionally will probably help people stay on the paleo diet in the long run. Another criticism about the recipes was a lack of protein in some of the breakfasts in the 8-week meal plan.
As far as customer service goes, there has only been one or two complaints about not receiving the bonus material with the purchase. Although Paleo Leap isn’t accredited by the Better Business Bureau, they have received an A- rating after receiving one complaint about billing issues, which was resolved.

CONCLUSION
Paleo Recipe Book is an excellent choice for anyone trying to lose weight, on the paleo diet, or who has an autoimmune disorder. The recipes are presented in an easy to read and appealing way that makes them easy to follow and understand. Although a few might have long prep or cook times, most of them are suitable for a busy family who doesn’t have an hour to spend making meals every day. Because this cookbook also provides information about carbs and fats, it appeals to dieters who might want to consume low carbs or fats.
